Welcome to The Universitoy! By exploring, shopping, or enrolling on our site, you agree to follow the rules below. They’re designed to protect both you (our brilliant student) and us (the Dean and faculty of fun).
1. Enrollment Requirements
You must be 18 or older to enter The Universitoy. This isn’t grade school — it’s higher learning for grown-ups only.
By using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that all the info you provide (like your name, email, and order details) is true and up to date.
2. Communications
When you visit our site or email us, you’re communicating electronically — and we’ll reply the same way. You agree that emails and notices from us count as “in writing.”
3. Student Accounts
Some areas of The Universitoy require you to create an account. Keep your login info private — you’re responsible for anything that happens under your account.
We reserve the right to close accounts, cancel orders, or refuse service if someone breaks the rules (or tries to cheat on the test 
).
4. Orders & Shipping
We do our best to keep all product info and availability accurate, but sometimes items sell out or details change.
If a product you ordered isn’t available, we’ll notify you right away and ship it as soon as possible.
Once your order leaves our campus (warehouse), risk of loss passes to you. For international orders, customs rules and import fees are your responsibility.
5. Code of Conduct
Be cool. Use the site only for lawful, respectful purposes. You agree not to:
- Hack, spam, or mess with the site.
- Post or share illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.
- Impersonate The Universitoy or any of its staff.
Violations will result in expulsion (account termination) — and possibly legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — images, text, videos, designs, and content — is the property of TheUniversitoy.com or our partners.
You can’t copy, reproduce, or reuse our materials without permission. (Plagiarism is a fail-worthy offense here.)
7. Third-Party Links
Sometimes we link to other “campuses” (websites). We’re not responsible for what happens off-site — always read their policies before sharing info or making purchases elsewhere.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Universitoy runs on passion, caffeine, and a sense of humor — not guarantees. Our products and services are offered as-is and as available.
We don’t promise perfection, but we do promise effort and quality. Use of the site is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for damages or losses from using (or not being able to use) the site, except where prohibited by law.
If something ever goes wrong, our total liability won’t exceed $100 USD.
10. Indemnification
By using this site, you agree to defend and hold harmless The Universitoy and its team from any claims, damages, or costs that result from breaking these Terms or misusing the site.

12. Promotions & Giveaways
Any sweepstakes, giveaways, or special promos will have their own rules. If those differ from these Terms, the promo rules win.

The Universitoy may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
