💋 The Universitoy — Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Universitoy, we want your experience to be fun, safe, and completely satisfying — in and out of the classroom. Please read our policy below before starting a return or exchange.
📦 Overview
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns or exchanges must be processed directly through The Universitoy campus team.
To start a return, email returns@theuniversitoy.com or call us at 1-984-244-2050 to receive your personalized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code.
Include your original order number when sending any return.
Note: There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned, unaccepted, or exchanged merchandise.
🚚 Return Eligibility
Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and the shipping address. Only unopened, returned-to-sender orders (still sealed in their original shipping box) are eligible for a refund, minus the 20% restocking fee.
Orders marked as “delivered” by carriers cannot be refunded if missing — please contact our team at returns@theuniversitoy.com for reshipment solutions or claim assistance.
👗 Apparel & Spare Parts
You may return apparel or harness parts within 14 days of delivery if they are undamaged, unworn, and sealed in their original packaging.
If sizing is an issue, contact returns@theuniversitoy.com with subject line “RETURN RMA” within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Our quality team inspects all returns before approval.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged — no exceptions:
- Sex toys, dildos, vibrators, and non-apparel items
- Lubricants, oils, or toy cleaners
- Anal plugs, pasties, storage bags, slings, soft packers, and accessories
Even if unused, these items are final sale due to health code regulations. Please choose carefully and double-check measurements before opening any sealed product.
💔 Damaged, Broken, or Wrong Items
If your order arrived incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receipt at support@theuniversitoy.com.
Include your order number, name, and photos (or a short video) of the issue. Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement right away.
🛍️ Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges depend on inventory availability.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total.
🚚 Shipping Tips
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any return. The Universitoy cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
