At The Universitoy, privacy doesn’t end at checkout. We take discretion seriously so your delivery is as private as your fantasies.
📦 Discreet Packaging
All packages are shipped in plain brown boxes or bubble mailers labeled only from the Shipping Department.
Our business name, The Universitoy, never appears on the outside packaging. The contents or origin are not disclosed unless required by international customs regulations.
🔍 Tracking Information
Every order includes a tracking number. You’ll receive an email with tracking details within 1–2 business days after your order ships.
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and carrier service. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
📦 Missing or Lost Packages
Each parcel is tracked from our campus to your door. If a package is marked delivered but missing, please contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly to file a claim.
The Universitoy is not responsible for reimbursement, replacement, or re-shipment of parcels lost by carriers or marked as delivered.
🏠 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We print labels exactly as provided and cannot change an address once processing begins.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll refund the item cost minus shipping. You’re always welcome to place a new order anytime.
🌎 International Orders
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please review your local import laws before ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for items delayed, held, or confiscated by customs or local authorities.
International orders may incur additional re-shipping costs if returned due to address errors or delivery restrictions.
